		<description>I agree with Andrew. The need to insist that students answer questions that require more than a cursory reply is essential. It even helps to build rapport and tone in a class setting. Let&#039;s think, how successful was Socrates with that style of learning and personal challenge. 

The other issue with effective questioning and learning is the need to scaffold students into tasks.. storyboards, flow charts etc.</description>
